Went to get my cousins birth certificate had notarized paperwork. He has a Military ID card retired after 20 years.First off she took all info and then said now go fill out yellow form like she couldn't tell me that in the beginning.Was charged when it says Military w ID is free.Was told he had to b there even though it didn't day so Thank a Vet yeah right. He is bed bound from a stroke

DONT GO. Save yourself the trip and go somewhere else. The nurse walked out of the appointment because I was asking questions. I thought that's why you made an appointment. Nice to know your concerns about your being will be ignored. I wish I could give a lower rating.
